Until recently practitioners have been in search for the magic combination of supplements to fend off and prevent deficiencies for their patients. Often, bariatric patients are left with a shopping cart full of supplements and a complicate schedule to follow. Healthcare professionals are asking too much of patients with this approach. Patients are more compliant and develop fewer deficiencies with the Bari Life multivitamin after weight loss surgery. Learn more here!

Tablet Consumption:

  • The tablets are very easy to swallow when taken with enough water
  • The easy swallow coating is not fully activated unless it has a few seconds in water
  • Swish the tablet around with water so that the easy swallow coating is activated
  • It doesn't have to be water- it can be any fluid- water is great to keep you hydrated
  • For maximum absorption we recommend taking no more than 3 tablets in one sitting

can you crush these?

A:
We do not recommend crushing the tablets but, yes they can be crushed. If you plan on crushing the tablet we would suggest the powder multivitamin because it is already broken down for you. The best way to consume the tablet is whole with water. Be sure to swish water in your mouth with the tablet for a few seconds before you swallow. This way the coating on the tablet is activated and makes it very slippery and easy to swallow.

Hello Joyce! The perfect packs are no longer available. Since we were able to make the formula all-in-one with the Tablet multivitamin and Powder Multivitamin we decided to discontinue the perfect pack.

No bad smell when I open the bottle and they're easy to swallow with the coating on them.

I took them after my surgery and then the office where I purchased them stopped selling them. So I had to find Barilife myself. Glad I did, because I know I will be feeling much better now with more energy. Getting me back on track.

I have taken BariLife vitamins since my surgery in 2007. I took the Perfect Pack until they were discontinued and switched to these. I was worried about swallowing these, but they aren't hard to swallow if you swish them around in your mouth with water first. I wouldn't want them to be any bigger though. My blood work is consistently good, so these vitamins are doing their job!

I consider my Bari Life multivitamins my life savers to a healthy and happy life after weight loss surgery. I take six of them every night before I go to bed. I am comforted in knowing they are a quality multivitamin and were developed specifically for bariatric patients. Their vanilla scented coating makes them easy to swallow. I know I am not short changed on vitamins when taking Bari Life!
