Was concerned at first that it wouldn't agree with my stomach as somethings after my surgery and this one did start to give my stomach a slight upset feeling but I simply added a splash of grenadine to cut some of the "vitamin" taste and it works great!

gets the job done when in the mandatory powder post op period. and the flavor isn't horrible, but still has a vitamin taste to it. it is vitamins after all.
