Hello Franchelle! Absolutely! The powder is made for lifetime use! It's especially important for patients to right out of surgery because it's the easiest form for the body to absorb in the healing process. Many of our customers are months and even years out of surgery and use our powder multivitamin. We hope you give it a try and let us know what you think!

Great question! If you are a Sleeve right now then you only need 2 packets/scoops. You will need 3 packets/scoops once you have the DS.

It has a good taste but don't like the big packages. Should go to something like crystal light. Every time I poor into water bottle I end up getting 1/2 in and the other 1/2 on me or the floor. Also don't like that it has to be shaken all the time.

Hello Brent! Thank you so much for the feedback! We will definitely take your suggestion to our R&D team because we think it's a great idea. The stick shaped packet does seem like an even easier design for pouring into a water bottle.

I had a very challenging time drinking this, and nearly became sick to my stomach. I asked the company if I could return the product for a refund and was told "no." Since it comes in individual packets I find it hard to believe that the company couldn't just add one packet to the box and then resell it to someone else. I'm very disappointed and will not use this company again.

Hello Ms. Corbin. We are very sorry that you did not like the Lemonade Powder. Our goal is to provide the highest quality vitamins that your body needs after bariatric surgery in an all-in-one solution to make it affordable and simple. We would definitely like to figure out the reason why the powder made you feel bad and we have some solutions for you to try if you are willing to try them. The powder may just not be something you like, but it might have something to do with the amount of powder you are trying to consume in one sitting (especially if you are not used to taking all of these vitamins found in our formula). By any chance do you remember how much water you added and how much powder you used?

There is no set amount of water that you have to add to one scoop of powder. You can add as little or as much fluid to the powder as you want. The important thing is that you do not try to consume 2 scoops of powder at once. The reason for this is because you cannot absorb all of the nutrients in 2 scoops during one sitting and it would likely be too powdery for an enjoyable beverage. Taking too much powder at one time can also make you feel bad and nauseous, especially if you are not used to taking all of the vitamins found in our formula. Many patients take 1/2 scoop at a time to start out. We recommend only taking 1/2 scoop if the powder makes you feel bad after taking 1 scoop. In every instance reported to us patients feel fine after taking only 1/2 scoop and over time are able to take a full scoop at a time.

It may take some time for your body to get used to taking vitamins. Patients will also take 1/2 scoop because they like the taste of the lemonade and feel that breaking it up into 4 servings throughout the day ensures they are drinking enough water.

So much easier to take than the pill form for me. Love the taste and the convenience of taking where ever I go.

Flavor isn't bad. This is perfect size for travel, my only complaint / suggestion is to please change the packaging to more of a streamlined packet that can be easily added to a bottle of water (like a Crystal light packet) without half of my vitamin ending up outside the bottle. Otherwise....I love it and the convenience. No more missing a dose of vitamin due to not being home.
