Hello Franchelle! Absolutely! The powder is made for lifetime use! It's especially important for patients to right out of surgery because it's the easiest form for the body to absorb in the healing process. Many of our customers are months and even years out of surgery and use our powder multivitamin. We hope you give it a try and let us know what you think!

Great question! If you are a Sleeve right now then you only need 2 packets/scoops. You will need 3 packets/scoops once you have the DS.

the lemonade powder is fantastic mixed up in a vanilla yogurt cause it tastes like a sour lemonhead or an old fashioned lemon pie like your grandmother used to make. cant wait to try the orange mixed with the vanilla yogurt cause i want to see if it tastes like an orange creamsicle.

I DO love that these are little packets. It makes serving size easy peasy AND perfect for travel. BUT, If I had to pick between this and the powdered vitamins you take as a scoop (not a drink making powder), I would pick the Cherry Berry vitamin. This is so thick to have to drink 16 full ounces of it. It makes taking the vitamin last for hours. The flavor isn't great so its a test of endurance to drink all 16 ounces. I just cant. I drink a sip of crystal light, dropped a scoop of powder in my mouth, another sip of crystal light, swallowed, and done. The powder was only one sip. The cherry berry flavor was great and matched well with the cherry crystal light I used. I'd pick the one scoop swallow and be done over the 16 ounces of yuck ANY DAY!
