  1. 2 out of 5 Orange yuck. cherry berry - YES

I could not take this product. The Orange was soooo hard for me to swallow. The Cherry Berry was really the way to go FOR ME. I kept taking it for months after I was allowed to move on to tablets because it was one quick swallow and I was done. I drink a sip of crystal light, dropped a scoop of powder in my mouth, another sip of crystal light, swallowed, and done. Pills were challenging for months because it required so much fluid to get three pills down. The powder was only one sip. The cherry berry flavor was great and matched well with the cherry crystal light I used. I think it is the best post op immediate use product there is.

This has been the easiest vitamin for me to take after surgery. I like how it makes me drink more water.

I have tried the cherry powder, and the tablets and I truly love the taste of the orange. The company has made a great effort to make it less gritty. I don’t have any problems with the taste or the grit, I simply mix it with my protein in about 6-8 oz of water! Mm mm good!

I had RNY nearly 3 years ago (May 2013). I had struggled with taking vitamins until about 4 months ago. I had iron deficiency as well as other vitamin deficiencies, because I just wasn’t taking my vitamins. I would forget to take them or just not take them at all on purpose (iron only). I started looking for an “all in one” formula, because I hated buying all those different bottles. I found one formula from a different company and was taking it for two months but they kept raising the price, the customer service was terrible, the capsules constantly felt like they got stuck, and over-all they were an awful company to work with. I google searched “All in one Bariatric multivitamins” and found Bari-Life. I’m SO glad I did. Not only are these around $20 cheaper than the ones I was taking before, they are a powder! No more feeling like I have vitamins stuck in my throat, no more tasting pennies for hours after I take them. This powder is great! The first time I took it, I tried to eat the powder straight, a little at a time. I didn’t really care for it that way, as I could taste the minerals in it a little too much. So I tried it in some water, it was okay in water. It mixed in but if you didn’t drink it right down, there would be sediment at the bottom that you had to swirl back into the water and it kind of felt gritty. I have mixed it into orange juice, still settles, but it is less grainy. My “go-to” mix now is, plain greek yogurt. OH MY GOODNESS! It’s amazing! I will never go back to tables or chewables again! I can’t wait to try the other flavor as well!!

As a rouxen-Y patient i have always struggled with the large mulivitamin capsules and chewable pills. This product is great! It mixes well with yogurt or protein shakes and is not gritty! It offers a light cherry flavor and mixes well with vanilla or chocolate protein shakes or sugar free pudding! Great way to get your daily multivitamin.

My girlfriend and I started using the Multi-Vitamin powder since April of this year. It is a great way to get the necessary supplements in our bodies. Especially since we’ve both had the Gastric Sleeve procedure done. We continue to use this product because it’s become a necessary item on our journey to wellness.

After talking with my nutritionist, I was adamant in finding a better way to take all the necessary vitamins i needed in one take. I wanted to keep my cost down and lessen my pill count. I did a web search and found Bari-Life. I ordered two containers of the orange flavored multi-vitamin powder and it’s been fantastic. We drink it in the morning before our walks or workouts. It feels like a boost to both our system and we keep going strong thru the day. Ordering more now 🙂
