Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour

1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

Ingredients

10 dried, pitted dates
1 cup walnuts, pecans, or almonds, chopped

5 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
1. Soak dried dates in water for 2 hours.

Serving size: 4 to 6 ounces

Ingredients
1 scoop Barilife Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
1 can chili beans
1/4 pound ground beef
1/8 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 stalk celery, chopped
1 tablespoon bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 tablespoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
1. In a skillet, combine beef, onions, celery, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until beef is cooked thoroughly. Drain.
2. Place beef mixture in a large saucepan, along with protein powder, beans, tomato paste, and spices. Stir to combine and simmer for at least 10 minutes.
3. If soup seems too thick, stir in water one ounce at a time until it reaches desired consistency.
4. Continue to simmer until ready to serve.
