Ingredients:

Soy Protein, Instant Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Xanthan Powder, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sucralose.

Allergens:

Contains soy and milk. Manufactured on equipment that processes wheat (gluten), egg, peanuts and tree nuts.

Microwave Directions:
  • Pour contents of packet into a bowl
  • Add 2/3 cup water and stir until blended (use less water for thicker oatmeal)
  • Microwave uncovered on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until thickened
  • Let stand until desired consistency. Handle carefully, bowl may be hot.
Conventional Directions:
  • Pour contents of packet into a bowl
  • Add 2/3 cup of boiling water and stir – Continue stirring until completely dissolved (use less water for thicker oatmeal)
  • Let stand for at least 1 minute before eating

    I love oatmeal so I was eager to try this supplement. I really like it, and I like the peach oatmeal too! Lots of time I have it for breakfast and for my lunch! When I first tried it I would add 1pk of Splenda, but now I just eat it without the Splenda. When you grow up eating oatmeal that your mom made with butter and sugar in it, you have to adjust to the taste. This has definitely became one of my favorites!

    Does not taste like oatmeal at all

    I was really excited to taste this based on the reviews. I see now that the last review was over a year ago so maybe something has changed. This does not taste at all like oatmeal to me. There’s a chalky aftertaste. Needs something to give it some flavor.
