To prevent temptation through the holidays, I mixed in a little cherry crystal light. Can you say “chocolate covered cherry”? My husband had tried to duplicate the taste using other brands of protein shakes, but none taste as good as BariLife. My new holiday guilt free treat.

I thought the chocolate flavor tasted really good, but it was really thick. I followed the instructions for a shake. It may have been better if I added more water. Overall it tasted very good!

I love this as a shake. Have not tried it as a pudding yet. I can’t wait to try it as a hot chocolate when the cold weather gets here. A lady posted that it tasted great hot, so I know I will continue to keep this flavor on hand after surgery

My friend recommended this product to take edge off of those sweet cravings – however after being on this program – most of those sweet cravings have stopped. Great to have on hand.

It’s just sweet enough. I find it a little thick for me to drink so I mix mine up to be a pudding.

I drink it as a shake. It becomes thick rather quickly so I water it down a little. It is also very good if you put it in the microwave and drink it like hot chocolate. It takes all of the lumps out that way and is very tasty!!

  9. Discovered the secret to chocolate shake

    debbie

Ok, the chocolate just is not that great. It is hard to mix and it smells like vitiamins.

My son Don- the chef came over and I ask him to see what the problem was.

He said that there was too much chocolate in the mix. He said that if you add too much cocoa you will get a bitter result. not more chocolate taste. The smell could be fixed with a vanillia or chocolate flavoring.

Don worked his magic in the kitchen and came up with the perfect solution. Mix the vanillia and the chocolate together. You get a lot better tasting chocolate shake…

Yea cause my husband loves chocolate and I bought a lot.

hope this helps others who found the same problem.

Very sweet! I mixed mine the day before and put it in the fridge and it was nice & thick. Even watered it down a bit – more fluid!
