  1. Great taste with protein benefits


    I used this as sauce on spaghetti squash. It tasted great. I do have a brand on no sugar sauce that I admit I like better as far as taste, but the protein benefits far outweigh the small difference in taste. This is a keeper for a healthy meal.

Suggestions & Taste Tips:
  • Spruce things up! Try atop a bed of Zoodles (zucchini noodles made with a vegetable spiralizer)
  • Make Italian Spaghetti Squash using Bari Life Spaghetti Bolognese as the sauce.
  • Enjoy on a bed of lettuce for a light lunch.
  • Season with some pepper or spice things up with some red pepper flakes!
Microwave Directions:
  • Combine contents of package with 5 to 6 ounces of hot water into medium microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave for 3 additional minutes stirring in between each minute or until thick consistency (it should be quite thick).
  • Allow 1 minute to set in microwave before removing. Enjoy!
Stove Top Directions:
  • Combine contents of package with 5 to 6 ounces of hot water in sauce pan.
  • Stir.
  • Bring to a boil using medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened, stir frequently.
