In a small pot, combine garlic with beans and their liquid over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes, until garlic is fragrant.
Transfer bean mixture to a bowl. Add ricotta and parsley and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a food processor and process until smooth.
