Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan

1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
1 cup Zucchini, diced
2 cups Crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Salt-free Italian seasoning
2 tbsp Reduced fat Parmesan cheese
4 oz Low-fat mozzarella cheese, thin sliced
In the bowl of a slow cooker, whisk together crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add chicken and zucchini. Stir to coat then spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Close lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
