In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, kale, Parmesan, and egg. Form into 16 small meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet. Transfer pan to oven and bake 25-30 minutes, until cooked through, turning halfway through.
In a small bowl, whisk to combine 1 Tbsp hot water, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, dill, and parsley.
Serve meatballs drizzled with cream sauce.
