Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
I love to have this for breakfast, or a late night snack (I work second shift and often get hungry around 11 pm). It easily adds protein to my day without adding unnecessary calories. The flavor is great - not too sweet. I am actually a fan of plain oatmeal, unsweetened, so I don't need a lot of sweet in my bowl. Sometimes I add a scoop of raw oat bran to this for extra fiber.
