FAQs
When do my supplements ship?
Once your order is completed you will be automatically enrolled in the autoship membership. Your first shipment will be mailed in the next 3-6 business days. Your schedule will begin based on your preferences and ship every month from there – or on whatever cadence you selected.
What if I get too many vitamins?
You can modify or change your autoship shipments at any time. It’s always good to have more than you need but if you have an overstock you can pause or modify your schedule.
How easy is it to update my shipment if I need to?
Updating your autoship schedule is easy. After your first scheduled order is processed you’ll be able to make changes within your account. Just sign in to your account on BariLife.com (there is an icon of a person in the top right navigation to access this section) and click on the “Scheduled Orders” tab in the left column. You can make changes to your order, payment method, pause or add more to your recurring order right there. Need help? Check out our online customer service FAQs for more details or to contact us.
How do I add items to my upcoming autoship order?
Just make sure you are logged in to your account and then shop the site as you normally would. When you select a protein supplement and add it to your cart you will be prompted to add it to your upcoming order. It’s that easy! We will even take 15% off.
How do I cancel my autoship order?
Our Subscribe & Save program is designed to make getting your supplements easier and more affordable. With this program, you can save up to 25% on your recurring orders.
If you need to cancel or modify your subscription, please submit your request at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Any changes made within 48 hours will apply to the following order cycle.
