1 Bari Life Cappuccino Protein Drink Packet

1/2 Bari Life Vanilla Protein Pudding/Shake Packet

4 Ounces Cold Skim Milk – we made these with skim milk instead of water to make them extra creamy!

Nutrition Facts For 1 Bar:

Calories: 169

Protein: 26.9 grams

Carbohydrates: 13.1 grams

Fat: 1 gram

Instructions:

Blend the cappuccino mix and milk with a hand mixer until combined and then add the vanilla pudding/shake and blend until combined. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for at least 6 hours or until frozen.

Pro Tip for popsicle sticks:

It’s best to dip your wooden sticks into water first and freeze them the day before. This way your popsicle will adhere to the stick more and not pull out of the mold when your popsicles are finished and ready to eat.

This is just one of the many ways to enjoy our protein cappuccino drinks! You can drink them on their own, you can use them to replace your cream and sugar in your coffee…the ideas can be endless! Also try this same recipe with any of our other protein hot chocolates!

  1. Ever have such an overwhelming craving for something sweet, but know you can’t , won’t indulge?? Here’s a tried and true ( for me ) tip.

Cut one of the chewy protein bars into several small pieces. Put those pieces into a freezer baggie and freeze. When you can’t resist the craving any longer, take one of those delicious frozen treats out of the freezer, find a quiet place, sit down and slowly let the frozen bar melt in your mouth. I follow with some coffee. I make this a special occasion with mindful eating. This takes care of the craving, you feel you have a treat, and you won’t destroy your calorie count or endanger your new life journey. This has worked for me for several years.
